Winter Storm 2024 Missouri Forecast. Forecast models are showing another winter system arriving in the region late this week, as well as much colder air. The purpose of these experimental probabilistic snowfall products is to provide customers and partners a range of snowfall possibilities, in complement to existing nws deterministic snowfall graphics, to better communicate forecast uncertainties during winter weather events.

Issued for snow events of 5 inches or more, sleet accumulations of 1/2 inch or more, or a combination of winter precipitation which will create life threatening conditions. May result in rain, snow, or sleet.
